What is CVE-2025-11456?

The ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System plugin is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to inadequate file type validation in the eh_crm_new_ticket_post() function. This flaw impacts all versions up to and including 3.3.1, allowing unauthenticated attackers to upload potentially malicious files to the server. If exploited, this vulnerability may enable attackers to execute remote code, compromising the integrity and security of the affected WordPress site.
