What is CVE-2025-11564?
The Tutor LMS eLearning plugin for WordPress is susceptible to an unauthorized data modification vulnerability due to inadequate capability checks in the 'verifyAndCreateOrderData' function. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to manipulate payment statuses, permitting them to fraudulently mark orders as paid by sending forged webhook requests with the 'payment_type' parameter set to 'recurring'. This vulnerability affects all versions of the plugin up to and including 3.8.3.
