What is CVE-2025-11769?

The Content Flipper plugin for WordPress allows authenticated users with contributor-level permissions and above to exploit a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability arises from inadequate sanitization of the 'bgcolor' shortcode attribute within the 'flipper_front' shortcode. Attackers can inject malicious web scripts that execute when users visit affected pages, potentially leading to severe security breaches.
