What is CVE-2025-11805?

The Skip to Timestamp plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to exploit insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This occurs through the 'skipto' shortcode, specifically utilizing the 'time' attribute. As a result, attackers can inject arbitrary scripts into web pages, which may execute whenever users access the affected page, posing significant security risks.
