What is CVE-2025-12090?
The Employee Spotlight β Team Member Showcase & Meet the Team Plugin for WordPress is susceptible to stored cross-site scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping. This vulnerability allows authenticated users with Contributor-level access and higher to inject malicious web scripts via social URLs, which will execute when any user accesses the affected pages. This poses a significant risk of script execution and potential exploitation if not addressed promptly.
