What is CVE-2025-12159?
The Bold Page Builder plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on the 'bt_bb_raw_content' shortcode. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 5.4.8, allowing authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts. When users visit the affected pages, these scripts can execute, potentially leading to data theft, session hijacking, or other security breaches.
