What is CVE-2025-12191?

The PDF Catalog for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability allowing stored cross-site scripting through the 'pdfcatalog' AJAX action. This vulnerability arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in versions up to and including 1.1.18. Authenticated attackers, including those with Subscriber-level access, can exploit this issue, injecting arbitrary scripts that execute when users access compromised pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
