What is CVE-2025-12324?

The TablePress plugin for WordPress is affected by a vulnerability that allows for Stored Cross-Site Scripting through its table shortcode attributes in all versions prior to 3.2.4. Due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping for user-supplied attributes, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access can inject harmful scripts into pages. This malicious code executes whenever a user accesses the compromised page, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
