What is CVE-2025-12402?
The LinkedIn Resume plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability present in all versions prior to 2.00. This vulnerability arises from improper nonce validation in the linkedinresume_printAdminPage() function, enabling unauthenticated attackers to exploit the flaw. By tricking a site administrator into performing unwitting actions, such as clicking on a manipulated link, an attacker could potentially alter settings and inject harmful web scripts into the site.
