The EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets plugin for WordPress presents a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Subscriber-level access and above to exploit a missing capability check in the 'booking_add_notes' function. This oversight enables unauthorized users to add notes to any booking in the backend, potentially compromising the integrity and confidentiality of booking information. The versions impacted include all releases up to and including 4.2.0.0. Proper implementation of access controls is critical to mitigate this risk.
