The Saphali LiqPay for Donate plugin for WordPress is impacted by a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability, specifically through the 'saphali_liqpay' shortcode found in all versions up to and including 1.0.2. This security flaw arises from inadequate input validation and output encoding on user-supplied components. It enables authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts into pages. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses those compromised pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exposure.
