The Google Drive upload and download link plugin for WordPress exposes a vulnerability through the 'link' parameter in the 'atachfilegoogle' shortcode. This issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, enabling authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts. Such scripts can execute on pages viewed by users, potentially leading to widespread exploitation unless addressed.
