What is CVE-2025-12751?
The WSChat β WordPress Live Chat plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized data modification due to a lack of adequate checks on the 'reset_settings' AJAX endpoint. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 3.1.6. As a result, authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher can exploit this flaw to reset the plugin's settings, compromising data integrity and potentially affecting site functionality.
