What is CVE-2025-12900?
The FileBird plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a missing authorization issue in all versions up to and including 6.5.1. The flaw originates in the 'ConvertController::insertToNewTable' function, where validation on a user-controlled key is absent. This vulnerability enables authenticated attackers with author-level access or higher to manipulate global folders and associate arbitrary media attachments with those folders under specific conditions.
