What is CVE-2025-13194?

The SurveyJS: Drag & Drop WordPress Form Builder plugin is susceptible to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to the absence of nonce verification on the 'SurveyJS_RenameSurvey' AJAX action. This vulnerability enables unauthorized attackers to manipulate surveys by executing forged requests if they can trick a WordPress site administrator into triggering the action. All versions up to and including 1.12.20 are impacted, highlighting the urgent need for users to ensure their installations are secure.
