Summary
The Typed JS plugin, which provides a typewriter style animation feature for WordPress, has a security vulnerability that allows authenticated users with Contributor-level access and above to execute arbitrary web scripts. This occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping related to the 'typespeed' parameter. Consequently, any pages that an attacker can manipulate could execute malicious scripts when accessed by other users, creating potential harm to their data integrity and privacy.
