What is CVE-2025-13360?
The Quantic Social Image Hover plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Cross-Site Request Forgery due to inadequate nonce validation in its settings update functionality. This flaw enables attackers to issue unauthorized settings changes if they successfully manipulate an authenticated site administrator into executing a malicious action, such as clicking a deceptive link. As a result, attackers could exploit this weakness to inject harmful scripts into the plugin, compromising the security of the website.
