What is CVE-2025-13614?

The Cool Tag Cloud plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping concerning user-supplied attributes within the 'cool_tag_cloud' shortcode. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject malicious web scripts into pages. Once a page is compromised, the injected scripts will execute whenever a user accesses this content, potentially leading to user data hijacking and other malicious activities.
