The Tutor LMS plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized data modification and deletion due to insufficient capability checks in its functions. Specifically, the 'bulk_action_handler' and 'coupon_permanent_delete' functions lack proper authentication checks, allowing authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access or higher to manipulate and remove arbitrary coupons.
