What is CVE-2025-13679?
The Tutor LMS eLearning and online course plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized data access due to an inadequate capability check in the get_order_by_id() function. This vulnerability allows authenticated users with Subscriber-level access and higher to enumerate order IDs and potentially exfiltrate sensitive personal information, including student names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details. This issue affects all versions up to and including 3.9.3, posing a significant risk to user privacy and data integrity.
