What is CVE-2025-13958?

The YaMaps for WordPress Plugin, prior to version 0.6.40, fails to properly validate and escape certain shortcode attributes before displaying them on a page or post. This security flaw allows users with contributor role privileges and higher to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, potentially leading to the compromise of site integrity and user information.
