What is CVE-2025-14062?

The Animated Pixel Marquee Creator plugin for WordPress is susceptible to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks due to inadequate nonce validation when deleting marquees. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking a site administrator into clicking a malicious link, allowing the attacker to send unauthorized requests that result in the deletion of arbitrary marquee elements without the administrator's consent. This highlights the importance of implementing strong nonce checks in plugin functionality to prevent unauthorized actions.
