What is CVE-2025-14119?

The App Landing Template Blocks for WPBakery Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack through the 'atvc_video_play' shortcode. This issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping for user-supplied attributes. As a result, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. Executing these scripts can lead to significant security risks when other users access the affected pages.
