What is CVE-2025-14386?

The Search Atlas SEO plugin for WordPress is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability that arises from a missing capability check in key functions. Specifically, this flaw exists in the 'generate_sso_url' and 'validate_sso_token' functionalities in versions 2.4.4 through 2.5.12. Authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability to obtain the 'nonce_token' authentication value, enabling them to log in as the first Administrator, thereby compromising the integrity and security of the site.
