What is CVE-2025-14554?

The Sell BTC - Cryptocurrency Selling Calculator plugin for WordPress allows unauthenticated users to exploit a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability through the 'orderform_data' AJAX action. The lack of proper input sanitization and output escaping in version 1.5 and earlier enables attackers to inject malicious web scripts into order records. When an administrator accesses the Orders page, these scripts can execute, potentially compromising site security and data integrity. A partial fix was introduced in version 1.5, but earlier versions remain vulnerable.
