What is CVE-2025-14616?

The Recooty – Job Widget plugin for WordPress suffers from a Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability due to inadequate nonce validation in the recooty_save_maybe() function. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate the recooty_key option, enabling them to inject malicious content into iframe src attributes. By crafting a malicious request, they can exploit this vulnerability if an administrator unknowingly interacts with a compromised link.
