What is CVE-2025-14893?

The IndieWeb plugin for WordPress suffers from a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input validation in the 'Telephone' parameter. Authenticated users with author level access and above can exploit this weakness to inject malicious scripts. These scripts execute when other users visit the compromised pages, potentially leading to data theft and further site compromise.
