What is CVE-2025-15266?

The GeekyBot plugin for WordPress suffers from a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability caused by inadequate input sanitization and output escaping in the chat message field. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts. These injected scripts can be executed when an administrator accesses the Chat History page, potentially leading to unauthorized access and manipulation of sensitive information.
