What is CVE-2025-1620?
The GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin for WordPress prior to version 4.15.7 has a security flaw where it fails to properly sanitize and escape certain settings. This vulnerability allows users with high privileges, including administrators, to conduct Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, even when the unfiltered_html capability is restricted, such as in multisite configurations.
