Summary
The MapPress Maps for WordPress plugin version prior to 2.94.9 contains a security flaw that fails to properly sanitize and escape certain parameters when displaying them on web pages. This oversight allows users with minimal permissions, such as those with a contributor role, to execute Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. An attacker could potentially inject malicious scripts, compromising the security of the website and its users.
