What is CVE-2025-2074?
The Advanced Google reCAPTCHA plugin for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with at least Subscriber-level access to perform SQL Injection through the 'sSearch' parameter. This vulnerability arises from inadequate sanitization of user inputs and improper preparation of SQL queries, particularly when the plugin's settings page has not been accessed or initial messages not dismissed. Exploiting this vulnerability can enable attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries, potentially extracting sensitive information from the database.
