What is CVE-2025-2330?

The All-in-One Addons for Elementor - WidgetKit plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability through its 'button+modal' widget. This issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping of user-supplied attributes. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary scripts into web pages. These scripts will execute when other users access the affected pages, potentially compromising user data and site integrity.
