What is CVE-2025-3742?

The Responsive Lightbox & Gallery plugin for WordPress prior to version 2.5.1 contains a vulnerability that fails to properly validate and escape certain attributes before outputting them. This oversight permits users with contributor privileges or higher to exploit the site through Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
