What is CVE-2025-4190?
The CSV Mass Importer plugin for WordPress versions up to 1.2 lacks proper file validation for uploads, enabling high privilege users, such as administrators, to upload arbitrary files. This flaw can be exploited even in a multisite setup where restrictions should typically be enforced. As a result, attackers could potentially gain unauthorized access or execute malicious files on the server.
