What is CVE-2025-4206?
The Groundhogg plugin for WordPress is susceptible to arbitrary file deletion due to inadequate file path validation in certain functions. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 4.1.1.2, allowing authenticated users with Administrator-level access to delete arbitrary files on the server. Such actions could potentially enable remote code execution, particularly if critical files, like wp-config.php, are targeted.
