This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 1.9.2, allowing authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or above to inject malicious scripts through the 'link' parameter. When a user accesses the compromised pages, the injected scripts are executed, potentially compromising user accounts and sensitive data.
