What is CVE-2025-4567?

The Post Slider and Post Carousel with Post Vertical Scrolling Widget plugin for WordPress, prior to version 3.2.10, lacks proper validation and escaping of certain widget options before rendering them on pages or posts. This flaw enables users with contributor-level access and higher to exploit the vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts, resulting in Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks that can compromise user data and website integrity.
