What is CVE-2025-47506?

The Contextual Related Posts plugin by Ajay has a Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to improper handling of user input during web page generation. This allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into web pages. When these scripts are executed in the browser of unsuspecting users, it can lead to compromised user data, session hijacking, and other malicious activities. Affected versions include all versions prior to and including 4.0.2, making it essential for users to update their plugins to maintain security.
