What is CVE-2025-47605?

The AppJetty WP jQuery DataTable plugin is vulnerable to a Stored Cross-site Scripting (XSS) attack due to improper input neutralization during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into the data stored by the plugin, which are then executed in the context of a victim's browser when they access the affected web pages. This issue primarily affects versions of WP jQuery DataTable from n/a through 4.1.0, allowing unauthorized users to manipulate the behavior of the application and potentially compromise user data.
