What is CVE-2025-50023?
A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the CodePen Embed Block plugin allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into a web page. This issue arises due to improper neutralization of user input during the generation of web pages. The vulnerability affects all versions from n/a to 1.1.1, enabling potential stored XSS attacks that could execute arbitrary scripts in users' browsers when they visit affected sites.
