What is CVE-2025-5529?
The Educenter theme for WordPress has a vulnerability that allows stored cross-site scripting (XSS) due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the Circle Counter Block. Authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary scripts into web pages. These scripts are executed whenever a user accesses the affected pages, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
