What is CVE-2025-5835?

The Droip plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized data modification due to a lack of capability checks in the droip_post_apis() function. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 2.2.0, enabling authenticated users with Subscriber-level access and above to exploit AJAX hooks for unauthorized actions. Consequences include arbitrary post deletion, creation, duplication, modification of settings, and potential manipulation of user accounts.
