What is CVE-2025-6200?

The GeoDirectory WordPress plugin prior to version 2.8.120 is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), allowing users with contributor roles and higher to exploit the vulnerability. The plugin fails to validate and escape certain shortcode attributes, which can lead to malicious scripts being executed when the shortcode is rendered in a page or post.
