What is CVE-2025-6254?
The Doctreat Core plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated users to register as administrators. This issue arises from the improper handling of user roles in the doctreat_process_registration() function. Any attacker can exploit this weakness in versions up to and including 1.6.8, potentially leading to unauthorized access and control over the WordPress site.
