What is CVE-2025-6681?
The Fan Page plugin for WordPress suffers from a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping of the 'width' parameter. This flaw allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject arbitrary scripts into pages. As a result, whenever a user visits an affected page, harmful scripts can execute in their browser, potentially leading to data theft, session hijacking, or further website compromise.
