What is CVE-2025-6781?
The Copymatic β AI Content Writer & Generator plugin for WordPress contains a Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability present in all versions up to and including 2.1. This issue stems from inadequate or missing nonce validation on the 'copymatic-menu' page, enabling unauthenticated attackers to modify the 'copymatic_apikey' option through forged requests, provided they can deceive a site administrator into executing a specific action, such as clicking a malicious link.
