What is CVE-2025-6895?
The Melapress Login Security plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass authentication controls. This is due to inadequate authorization within the get_valid_user_based_on_token() function, present in versions 2.1.0 through 2.1.1. As a result, attackers who possess a specific user meta value can exploit this flaw to gain unauthorized access to user accounts.
