What is CVE-2025-7495?

The WP-Members Membership Plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability through the 'wpmem_login_link' shortcode. This issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping on attributes input by users. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary scripts into pages, leading to the execution of malicious code when other users access affected pages.
