What is CVE-2025-7809?

The StreamWeasels Twitch Integration plugin for WordPress contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts through the 'data-uuid' attribute. This issue arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, enabling the insertion of malicious scripts into web pages, which can execute when users access those modified pages. All versions up to and including 1.9.3 are affected, making this a significant concern for website administrators using this plugin.
