The HT Mega – Absolute Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress is susceptible to unauthorized modification due to an improper capability check in the 'ajax_trash_templates' function. This flaw affects all versions up to version 2.9.1. Authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher can exploit this vulnerability to delete arbitrary attachment files and move any posts, pages, or templates to the Trash, potentially leading to significant data loss and disruption within the WordPress site.
